My place

I've spent years exploring this dunes over and over again. Running and rolling all day in those dunes... I just wanted to do that every day, I didn't need more than that.
Now that I've grown, I find myself craving a different life, but I can't deny the pleasure of watching the sun goes down here... it's still perfect. In this quiet place I can rest my head and think clearly.

This is and always will be a special place of mine.

Wandering | Lisboa

I have to confess that Lisbon didn't won me at first (nor at a second time...). I've been living in Lisbon for a year and I never found it a very interesting city.
During my first here I didn't explore much of the city. I stayed home and, when I went out, I always visited the same places. However, my opinion has changed. I'm trying not to be so hasty with my opinions and I decided to enjoy, more quietly, every walk through Lisbon.
I walked from Cais do Sodré to Chiado, through Rua do Alecrim and Largo Camões.

  St Peter of Alcantara.

Golden afternoon

My favourite part of the day for a walk? Definitely sunset.

This makes me happy every time. It's always so quiet, so peaceful, so perfect.

Have a great weekend!

Little paradise

When it is hot, but not enough to go to the beach, it's good to have another solution. Our alternative was to drive a few miles and explore this natural beauty in the heart of the mountain.
Here we spent a calm afternoon, swimming and making jumps into the water. It was an amazing afternoon.

Costa Vicentina

The 1st of May is one of my favourite days of the year. Every year our group of friends gather to enjoy a picnic with many food and walks near the ocean. This year we explored the Fishermen's Trail (Trilho dos Pescadores): "along the coastline, it follows the trails used by locals to get to beaches and hot fishing spots" (see more at: http://www.rotavicentina.com/the-route/fishermens-trail/?lang=en#sthash.pgQKxhak.dpuf ).

I can't get tired of this view...

Wheat fields

Agriculture is one of the main activities of my region which means that this is a common Spring landscape in Alentejo. The extensive wheat fields are now growing and glowing in the sunny days of May.

I just wish I could spend all day reading in a hammock here.
